MDViews Market Research Inc. (“MDViews”) provides healthcare and pharmaceutical market research services in Canada. Our surveys are conducted in accordance with applicable industry standards and codes of conduct, with the objective of providing accurate market research data to our clients. Our participants may include physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.

This Privacy Policy applies to information that we collect through online surveys, telephone surveys, in-person interviews, recruitment communications and our website. It explains how we collect, use, disclose, store and protect your personal information.

The MDViews website and market research activities are intended for adults and are not directed to minors. MDViews does not knowingly collect personal information directly from minors. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Personal information we collect

“Personal information” means information that identifies or could potentially be associated, directly or directly, with a particular individual. Personal Information does not include publicly available information from government records or de-identified or aggregated information.
